Please allow enough time for your topic to be submitted, as access to the abstract submission page is expected to be crowded just before the deadline.
How to apply
The online submission system on the 40th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Liver Transplantation (JSHT) will be used.
Please follow the instructions below and register within the submission period.

Abstract Writing Guidelines
Character limit
In the case of no charts and tables.
Body of abstract: within 600 characters
Title of abstract: 70 characters or less
Total of author’s name (including co-authors) + affiliation + title + body of abstract: within 740 characters
Total of author’s name (including co-author’s name) + affiliation + author’s name + text of abstract: within 100 characters
Institutional affiliation: 10 institutions or less
Co-presenters: 14 or less
With figures and tables
Body of abstract: within 400 characters
Title of abstract: within 70 characters
Total of author’s name (including co-authors) + affiliation + title of presentation + text of abstract: 500 characters or less
Total of author’s name (including co-author’s name) + affiliation + title + text of abstract: within 100 characters
Institutional affiliation: 10 institutions or less
Co-presenters: 14 or less
Registration of Figures and Tables
Figures and tables (images) can only be submitted in JPEG or GIF format.
How to submit a abstract
Abstracts You can only be submitted online using the following online abstract submission system.
Please note that the online abstract submission system cannot be used with browsers other than Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. Please be aware of it.
It is assumed that new version of each browser is used.

As a rule, submitted abstracts will not be proofread. It will be printed as-is, so it is the responsibility of the submitter to check it thoroughly.

Acceptance or rejection of abstracts
The acceptance or rejection of abstracts and the format of presentations will be left to the discretion of the chairperson of the meeting.
Accepted abstracts will be posted on the website. (Scheduled around April 2022)
